Gluten-Free Dinner Rolls

I made these in preparation of Thanksgiving dinner. I wanted to find a good roll to go with our meal. These are the best that I have found.

Celiac Information

Celiac disease affects different people differently so the symptoms that a person with the condition experiences can vary. Damage to the small intestines and the resulting nutrient absorption problems put a person with celiac disease at risk or malnutrition and anemia, as well as several diseases and other health problems.
These other complications of celiac disease can include:

Adenocarcinoma(colon and rectal cancer)
Osteoporosis
Miscarriage
Birth Defects
Short stature
Also increased risk of developing other types of autoimmune diseases like:
Addison's disease
Type 1 diabetes
Sceroderma
Myasthenia gravis
Thyroid disease, such as Grave's disease and Hashimoto's
Autoimmune hepatitis
Lupus
Sjogren's syndrome
