FINALLY! The best gluten free bread and bagels! I never thought that there would be a GF bread that wouldn't taste gritty! We have found a piece of heaven! Dr. House recommended this company and we went to the Boise Co-op and bought some. We made bagel sandwiches and the bread was so soft! I also made french toast with the bread and it was excellent. I will be ordering the bread, bagel and muffins from their website.
