4 Cups Pamelas Baking Mix
1 C. Shortening
1-1/3 C. Milk
1 C. White Sugar
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 C. Butter
1 C. Packed Brown Sugar
1. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease one 9 or 10 inch tube/bunt pan.
2. Mix gluten free baking mix, shortening and milk.
3. Mix white sugar and cinnamon in a plastic bag. Roll dough into small pieces. Shake 6 to 8 biscuit pieces into the sugar cinnamon mix. Arrange pieces in the bottom of the prepared pan. Continue until all the dough is coated and placed in the pan.
4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and the brown sugar over medium heat. Boil for 1 minute. Pour over the biscuits.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Let the bread coon in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a plate. Do not cut! The bread just pulls apart.
