We are trying to limit the corn with Kennedy due to the allergy test results. It is hard to eat tacos without a shell or tortilla chips! Tonight I baked potatoes and sliced them. I added the taco meat, cheese, salsa and sour cream. Not exactly a taco, but it was good.
